How we make Covid-19 epidemic: strategy and planning?

How we make Covid-19 epidemic: strategy and planning?

The global strategy to combat the covid-19 epidemic included the provision of a certain proportion of covid-19 vaccines to developing (poor) countries to deal with the covid-19  epidemic worldwide simultaneously. However, after the first few months, the situation is getting worse because nowhere in the developed (wealthy) countries is the corona vaccine available in proportion to its population, and the World Health Organization has warned that Poor countries receiving corona vaccine through the sharing scheme have not been able to continue their vaccine programs because they do not have adequate doses of corona vaccine available to the population.Dr. Bruce Aylward, a senior WHO adviser, said that 90 million doses of the vaccine had been delivered to 131 countries under the Kovacs program, but added that the virus was still spreading. The amount is not enough to protect human populations from the virus. Keep in mind that the unavailability of the corona vaccine comes at a time when a third wave of infections is sweeping through most African countries. South African President Cyril Ramaphosa has called on rich nations to end hoarding of the vaccine. What is the reason for the rapid spread of the virus in his country in recent days, but on the other hand, the vaccine is not available in large quantities. So far only 40 million doses of the vaccine have been provided to African countries, less than 2% of the population. To address this, the South African government is working with Quakes on a regional program to develop more vaccines.Covacs was formed last year to ensure that doses of the covid-19 vaccine were available worldwide, with rich countries subsidizing vaccine costs to help poor countries. CoVX, led by the WHO and other international organizations, initially set a goal of delivering 2 billion doses of the vaccine worldwide by the end of 2021. Most of these foods are being donated to developing (poor) countries.Kovacs hopes to be able to provide food to at least 20 percent of the population in each of the poorest countries to be vaccinated. There is a shortage of vaccines donated entirely by Kovacs. Many countries, including Uganda, Zimbabwe and Bangladesh, have reported vaccine shortages in recent days.During a recent WHO briefing in Geneva, Switzerland, Dr. Aylord spoke harshly about the shortage of vaccines in various countries. He said that half of the 80 low-income countries included in the COVS program do not have enough vaccines available to continue vaccination programs and the daily news from these countries shows that  Half of the countries have run out of vaccine stocks.Ensuring the availability of corona vaccine for 70 million (70 million) Pakistanis and the availability of corona vaccine for such a large population is not easy at all while there is a shortage of vaccine globally and developing countries are the first priority to achieve it. 41 million doses will be distributed under the Kovacs program, while the remaining 14 million doses will be distributed to developing countries. The vaccine donation is not part of the 500 million dose the United States has already announced to donate through the vaccine.
